Estate Maintenance Operative Location: Carrington, Greater Manchester Salary: Up to £30,000 Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:45pm; Friday 8:00am–3:45pm Contract: Permanent, Full Time The Opportunity We are recruiting for a hands-on Estate Maintenance Operative to look after the day-to-day upkeep of a large mixed-use estate in Carrington. This is a varied, largely independent role covering estate inspections, grounds maintenance, minor repairs and contractor coordination.
