Children's Social Worker - Looked after Children

Our client Bury Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Looked after Children team. Manage a caseload of looked-after children and young people, ensuring their safety, welfare and developmental needs are met. Complete assessments of children and young people, identifying risks, strengths, needs and appropriate interventions. Develop, implement and regularly review care plans, ensuring they promote the child's best interests and achieve positive outcomes.
