Commercial Building Surveyor Location: London Contract: 6-month contract (Inside IR35) Rate: £325 per day The Opportunity This is a role for a Building Surveyor who wants to work across a genuinely varied commercial property portfolio. You'll be responsible for a range of corporate and community assets, including office buildings, libraries, leisure centres and schools. The work isn't focused on residential housing; instead, you'll be dealing with the condition, maintenance and improvement of the Council's commercial and corporate estate.
