About this role
Workshop & Service Support Engineer Working as part of our Process Cooling and Service team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing and testing equipment returned to our workshop, preparing equipment and orders for dispatch, and providing technical assistance to customers and colleagues over the telephone. The role would suit an engineer who enjoys practical problem-solving and working with equipment, but who is equally comfortable speaking with customers and providing clear technical advice.
