Support Worker - Mental Health

As a Mental Health Support Worker , you’ll work within our HPFT-funded services in Hertfordshire, supporting adults with lived experience of mental health challenges. You’ll help individuals build stability, develop independent living skills, and move forward in their recovery journey through a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. Working across our service in Cheshunt and Welwyn Garden City , you’ll play a vital role in empowering customers to overcome barriers, improve their wellbeing, and achieve greater independence.
