Team Manager / Service Manager - Residential Care / Supported Living

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager / Service Manager to join a not-for-profit adult social care organisation supporting people with disabilities, autism and mental health support needs. As a Team Manager / Service Manager , you will lead and manage a registered care service, ensuring person-centred support, effective team leadership, safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates without experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs may not be suitable for this role.
