About this role
These are the six questions motor claims handlers ask us on the first call, with straight answers. What's the work? FNOL and accidental damage motor claims for a well-established, FCA-regulated general insurer. You take the claim, check the cover, decide liability, and manage it through to settlement with engineers, repairers, salvage and courtesy cars. It's your caseload and your decisions. What are the hours? 35 a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible start and finish times. There's no rota, no Saturdays and no late shift.
