The role will offer exposure to a broad mix of high-quality Corporate work, including private M&A, venture capital and growth investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. The successful candidate will be given plenty of responsibility, including the opportunity to lead transactions, manage junior lawyers and build direct relationships with clients.
