Major Works Surveyor

We are recruiting a Major Works Surveyor for an established social housing provider based in Surrey, supporting their property services and major works team! As a Major Works Surveyor, you will be responsible for investigating complex property defects, preparing technical specifications and managing remedial works through to completion. You will manage a live caseload of complex repairs while working closely with residents and external contractors.
