About the Role Our client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver Roofing & Cladding projects from award to final account, managing either multiple simultaneous contracts or a single major project. You will be on site daily, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Project Delivery: Oversee projects from pre-construction to final account, including programming, progress reporting, and technical issue resolution.
