About this role
An experienced Project Manager is required to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects across a live operational estate in Greater London. You'll manage multiple projects across building fabric, mechanical and electrical disciplines from initial scope and tender through to construction, commissioning and handover. The Role As the Project Manager, you'll: Manage refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects from inception to completion. Deliver multiple concurrent building fabric and M&E projects valued up to £1m.
