About this role
Our client, urgently needs a strong, 3rd line Support Engineer for their End User Support team. Requirements for 3rd line / Escalation Engineer 3 to 5+ years’ experience in 3rd Line / Infrastructure support, preferably some time spent within an MSP environment. Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure knowledge. Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy experience. Good networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls and VLANs. Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMWare virtualisation.
