About this role
We are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer on full-time permanent basis, based in near Ledbury. The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a shift team supporting a busy manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on the manufacturing assets, the ancillary equipment and utilities that enable the assets to maintain a high level of performance to meet company KPI’s. The scope also captures subassemblies such as FM equipment, building fabrication, IT systems and OHSE requirements.
