Team Manager - Families First

About the Role Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join its Families First Service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting children and families through assessment, intervention, safeguarding, and care planning. The successful candidate will work with children and families to deliver high-quality social work practice, managing risk and safeguarding concerns while promoting positive outcomes through relationship-based practice.
