About this role
Job Duties: Support the day-to-day running of council buildings. Ensure buildings are safe, clean and welcoming. Supervise and coordinate Facilities Assistants and other staff. Monitor cleaning, security, waste and other facilities services. Carry out building inspections and report any issues. Respond to customer queries and facilities-related problems. Carry out vacant building checks. Assist with room set-ups and moving furniture/equipment. Act as a key holder, opening and locking buildings when required.
