ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR LOCATION: EAST LONDON SALARY: £60,000 PER ANNUM HOURS: 08:30–17:30, MONDAY–FRIDAY REPORTING TO: BUILDING MANAGER THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead the site-based engineering team and hard-services contractors across four premium residential buildings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of M&E, HVAC, life-safety, lighting, access control and water systems.
