Referral Officer

About the Role As Referral Officer, you will manage referrals from initial receipt through assessment and onboarding, helping to ensure prospective tenants are appropriately assessed for our available provision. You will undertake risk screening, maintain accurate referral and case records and coordinate successful applicants' handover to our housing and support teams. The role also involves developing positive working relationships with existing and prospective referral partners across Birmingham.
