Customer Service and Sales Advisor (6 month contract)

Working for this business whose Chester Head Office is based in the city centre in a stunning location, the Customer Service and Sales Advisor will communicate regularly with customers, primarily by telephone but also via digital media, handling queries, taking and processing orders whilst upselling and cross selling.
