About this role
Do you have a strong passion for Autism? Looking for a role focused on barrier removal rather than heavy targets. Or maybe you have experience of supporting those with barriers and would like to join a fast growing charity who specialise in Autism support? Enjoy building relationships and educating employers? The role is delivering on two contracts the first is delivering employment support to a range of individuals with Neurodivergent conditions on a 1:1 basis to get them into work and then helping them to thrive in the work environment.
