Our client, a leading UK Top 200 commercial law firm, is seeking a talented Banking / Corporate / Real Estate Support Solicitor to join its well-established Knowledge and Legal Support team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review and update a broad range of banking documentation, including Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation and bespoke facility agreements. • Develop, maintain and enhance precedent documents, templates and standard forms across the Banking, Corporate and Real Estate teams.
