An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Development Solicitor to join my clients team in their Reading, Berkshire offices on a hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join my clients Development & House Building team. You will be assisting fee earners on transactional matters and working collaboratively on a variety of development related transactions. Role & Responsibilities: • Supporting fee earners with drafting option agreements, deeds, and contracts. • Undertaking due diligence and preparing reports.
