My client is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Qualified CILEX Lawyer to join our busy and growing Wills & Probate Department in their Bolton office. Key Responsibilities • Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion. Advise clients on: • Wills • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) • Probate and Estate Administration • Court of Protection matters • Testamentary trusts and related estate planning matters • Draft Wills, LPAs and other Private Client documentation.
