About this role
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their highly regarded team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire offices. The Role • Assisting with residential sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions from instruction through to completion. • Managing aspects of the conveyancing process with minimal supervision. • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties. • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
