Wills & Probate Practitioner

My Client is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Practitioner to join their established Private Client team based in their Huddersfield offices. The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters, including: • Drafting Wills. • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. • Trust administration. • Probate and estate administration. • Advising clients on a range of private client matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
