Employment Solicitor (5-7 years PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis. My clients employment team is known for pragmatic, commercial advice and “big picture” thinking, with work ranging from complex tribunal litigation to strategic board-level mandates. Key Responsibilities: • Work on employment matters end-to-end across contentious and noncontentious streams, including tribunals, settlement agreement advice, restructures and TUPE.
