An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join an established and people-focused legal practice in Urmston. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high-quality service from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. Key Responsibilities • Handle residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release matters. • Deal with initial enquiries and provide quotations. • Manage client files from start to finish, including post-completion.
