Supporting the Investment Director & wider team, modelling all Value-Add opportunities, direct Real Estate (all-sectors), Operational RE / Op-Co's, Data Centres and in due course Infra / Renewables. Critical role modelling all acquisitions, IC materials & pitch decks with a voice in the room at IC. Client Details Our client is a specialist PE Real Estate investor with c.25 years track-record delivering Value-Add & Opportunistic returns across all asset classes including Commercial, Alternatives & Living, Land / Strat Land & Development.
