Disrepair Lead Lancashire 6 months+ 37 hours per week £350 a day + Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a social housing provider, for a Disrepair Lead. The successful postholder will lead on damp, mould and disrepair cases across their housing stock. Responsibilities of the Disrepair Lead: Managing cases of damp, mould and disrepair from report to resolution, keeping records and making sure residents are kept informed. Inspecting properties for damp, mould, condensation, leaks, penetrating damp, and structural issues.
