About this role
The Role We are looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to work alongside our Nursery Manager as the nursery's second operational leader. You will support daily operations, safeguarding, staffing and EYFS quality, act as Deputy DSL , and take responsibility for the setting when formally deputising for the Nursery Manager. Key Responsibilities Support the safe and effective running of the nursery. Coordinate staffing, ratios and daily deployment. Support safeguarding as Deputy DSL. Lead and coach Room Leaders and practitioners.
