About this role
The Role We are looking for an experienced and confident Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Little Genius Day Nursery. You will have overall operational responsibility for safeguarding, EYFS quality, people leadership, compliance, parent experience and nursery performance , and will act as, or be capable of acting as, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) . Key Responsibilities Lead the safe and effective daily operation of the nursery. Maintain excellent safeguarding and EYFS standards. Lead, coach and develop the nursery team.
