Head Chef required for a hotel in the Skipton area, this hotel does lots of events etc, they have a restaurant and also function rooms which is a key business for them. Head chef required, £45k plus tips, 40 to 45hrs a week. the role As a head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, the event function sheet prep lists are written for the chefs, ensure the food is to the required spec for the events etc and run the restaurant kitchen.
