About this role
4Recruitment Services are seeking to recruit an exeperienced Lettings Officer for our client based in Wembley. JOB PURPOSE: To co-ordinate the process of letting all void properties from receipt of notification of tenancy termination to sign up of new tenancy. To maximise rental income by ensuring that targets for re-letting empty homes are met. Provide a proactive, professional service for voids and lettings.
