About this role
Our client is a well-established main contractor, specialising in refurbishment projects across both the residential and commercial sectors. We are assisting them in their search for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale re-cladding project valued at £30m consisting of 4 high rise blocks of flats. The project will involve replacing the existing cladding and bringing the blocks up to A1 rated. There will also be a range of M&E infrastructure improvements alongside the reclad.
