Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Nurse Assessor - Band 6 (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Location: Fully Remote Contract Type: Locum Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Client: Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB) Essential: Current NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD, the Right to Work in the UK, and experience in Continuing Healthcare (CHC), community nursing, complex care, mental health, learning disabilities or clinical case management.
