Council Tax Account Officer - Slough

As a Council Tax Account Officer, you will be a key point of contact for Council Tax billing and collection queries, providing clear and accurate advice to residents and customers. You will manage a caseload of enquiries from initial contact through to summons stage, resolving issues end-to-end across billing and, where appropriate, recovery processes. The role is focused on maintaining accurate customer accounts, minimising arrears, and maximising Council Tax income collection.
