About this role
Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 We're looking for an experienced General Manager to take overall responsibility for a large, fast-moving operation within the fresh produce/food manufacturing sector. This is a genuine site leadership role . You'll bring Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical and support functions together, making sure the site operates safely, efficiently and profitably. You'll lead a team of senior managers, set clear standards, improve performance and make sure the business delivers for its customers.
