About this role
Job Purpose As an Litigation Consultant, you will support clients when they receive Workplace Relations Commission complaints and Labour Court appeal papers. You will take ownership of each case and be responsible for drafting responses, visiting clients, preparing cases for hearing and representing clients at both face to face and remote hearings whist managing all administrative work associated with the cases.
