Recovery Coordinator

Recovery Coordinator Location: Hull Pay: £20.00 – £23.00 p/h (depending on experience) Contract: 3–6 months (with extension potential) An opportunity has opened up for a practical Recovery Coordinator in Hull. If you're passionate about harm reduction and community support, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Deliver one-to-one interventions and manage comprehensive care plans. Monitor and support clients engaged in Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST). Deliver active harm reduction advice, safe disposal education, and Naloxone distribution.
