About this role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our clients residential housebuilding team in the East Midlands. Working across a portfolio of new-build residential developments, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of developments from pre-construction through to completion. You will work closely with the Construction, Technical, Land and Development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards.
