Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting for a Building Services electrical engineer to work mobile on live purpose built student accomodation around Birmingham and the surrounding area. The role is delivering planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, statutory compliance and small works. Keeping electrical installations safe, compliant and and fully certified. Key responsibilities Carry out electrical PPM to SFG20 schedules, including distribution boards, switchgear, lighting, small power, containment and plant electrical supplies.
