About this role
We’re hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to join the CFO Evolution programme on a long term Fixed Term Contract (FTC) u ntil the end of 2028 based in HMP Leyhill, HMP Eastwood Park & Gloucestershire Community. In this role, you will carry out effective assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders within custodial settings. Your primary focus will be to support participants in identifying and addressing their individual needs, with the aim of reducing their risk of reoffending.
