About this role
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end spare parts process across key departments, from order entry through to dispatch. Organise the daily workload for picking, packing and dispatch through daily order book reviews with Commercial and Planning representatives. Review incoming orders daily, including quotation status, requested and promised delivery dates, and stock availability. Support the Planning team with work order activities where required, ensuring the timely purchasing of parts through the MRP system.
