About this role

Key Duties/Responsibilities Manage infrastructure delivery for residential developments from feasibility through to site completion. Coordinate and secure all technical information, approvals, quotations and agreements and onsite service connections. Liaise with utility providers, consultants, local authorities, highways authorities and environmental agencies and warranty providers. Support the appointment and management of utility providers and external consultants.
