About this role

Finance Business Partner (SEND Reform) - Interim Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a Local Authority to appoint an Interim Finance Business Partner to support its SEND Reform Programme. This assignment will focus on establishing financial processes and governance, supporting reform initiatives and strengthening SEND financial planning. What's on Offer Rate: £650 per day Umbrella / £466.58 per day PAYE - non-negotiable. Contract length: 26 weeks. Full-time: 37 hours per week. Working arrangement: Remote. Start: 12 October 2026.
