Welder

SG Personnel are working with a large manufacturing company in Newcastle who are looking to recruit a team of welders to work on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate. Duties will include: Basic JIG and fixture MIG welding on mild steel from 3-10mm in thickness. Conventional machining, grinding, dressing and fettling. Candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or be a time served welder. The shift pattern is 2 weeks of dayshift followed by 2 weeks of nightshift. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7.30am-5.15pm on days.
