If you're customer-focused, remain calm under pressure, have a keen eye for detail, and can respond to alarms and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. Working on rotating weekly shifts (days and nights) our Alarm Monitoring Operators at Banham are integral to the monitoring service and support we provide our customers 24/7, 365 days a year.
