Complaints Handler £18.96 per hour Monday - Friday - Full Time Based in Brislington, Bristol - hybrid working Temprary - end of Jan 2027 Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Complaints Handler to support a dedicated programme of work responding to housing claims. You will investigate allegations contained within letters of claim, received from solicitors, by interrogating a range of housing management, repairs, asset management, and customer service systems.
