Service Desk Engineer (including Desktop Services) Manchester/Hybrid, 3 days in the office £30,000 to £35,400 Two Service Desk Engineers are required to join a highly regarded public sector organisation with an established and supportive IT team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology and working directly with people. It's not a telephone-only Service Desk role. You'll provide a combination of deskside, walk-up and remote support, helping users at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
