Residential Block Manager Hybrid (Part Time) 25 hour per week £38,000 pro rata Larkfield, Kent ME20 Our client is now recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to manage a residential portfolio of apartment blocks and estates in and around surrounding areas of Maidstone Kent. The right candidate will be an experienced Block Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential block management and hold TPI Level 3 as a minimum (Level 4 preferred).
