Talentmark is recruiting for a Ground Supervisor to join a leading organisation within the civil construction and energy sector. This role will be based at a major onshore construction site in Norfolk . Ground Supervisor Role: Support the safe, coordinated and efficient execution of day-to-day construction activities across the site. Maintain a strong and visible presence in the field, ensuring HSE requirements, housekeeping standards, access arrangements and work-area coordination are effectively managed.
